I have one more year on my car payment, and I can't wait to have it paid off. Then I am going to save money for a couple of years at least until I buy another one. And that is a big hunk of money every month that I can stash away.
The problem is I need to make sure it stays good for that much longer. So far, I have no complaints. It runs like a dream. Well, OK, it is running a little rough right now, but I need to take it in for scheduled maintenance. And I am sure that that will take care of whatever it is. Probably something like the air filter needs to be changed.
I learned there are places like Parts Gorilla where you can buy car parts for wholesale prices. Don't know if that is true, and don't know that I will ever need to use that site, but good to know about it in case you need it! A buck saved here and there can add up!
